Even if we were to become a large company we will always maintain the same level of customer service! Most of the time management was trying to find a reason not to have to take care of the customer and just cover their own butts. When a company gets really big the customer service suffers greatly because it becomes like a government organization. Too much "red tape" and too many employees who are just collecting a pay check. There are also local companies that are horrible so make sure you do some research before signing up with any company. I would definitely recommend checking the company out on the BBB website.
